Throne of Thunder meta-drake achievements, for Redini dell'Urlacieli Corazzato, and achievements for killing various bosses.

Raid-related Feats of Strength, such as Sulla cresta dell'onda: Grande Imperatrice Shek'zeer.

Completing various achievements around the phased questing zone Isola del Tuono for Solcatempeste and The Stormbreaker.

New Archaeology achievements for the Mantid solves.

Several PvP achievements including Khan for a new battleground title.

Patch Highlights

New reputation capes were added. These are currently ilvl 496 rares instead of epics, so perhaps the items are still being tweaked. Remember, Blizzard made a post last week stating that some Rivalsa del Kirin Tor and Furia dei Predatori del Sole rewards will cost Punti Valore instead of gold as initially planned, so don't jump to conclusions about the price:

The change is still in for the failbags to ... not be fail. They'll have a chance to contain things like very valuable grey items (essentially randomizing the gold you get from the bags), LFR versions of non-boss loot, Spirito dell'Armonia, consumables, pets and mounts, and... maybe some other stuff I forgot. Lots of things! Opening them should have some anticipation and surprise now. :)
