Auld Stonespire is difficult to locate for some people. This NPC is in the first tent on the left when coming up from the main lift in Thunder Bluff.

The fight itself is not hard with a full party as there are no additional mobs. However there is someting to be wary of that isn't immediately obvious. The ramp leading up to her hut is quite narrow and has no barriers on either side. It is very easy to fall down which will result in almost certain Death (if not from the fall from the Mobs below that you may well not have killed).

Yesterday we did this quest and one of our party died by doing exactly this. By the time we could get him back the corpse had gone and so he couldn't complete the quest. Sombered the mood of an otherwise really good party.

Auld Stonespire in Thunder Bluff gives this quest to the Horde.

Please be aware that this NPC is on the lower bluff not "in the middle" as the statement above says. He is in the tent to the left of the entrance from the sky lift. If you are coming into the bluff from the sky lift. Right across from the guild master.

You find him in Razorfen Kraul, a 28-34 instance in southern barrens. He's the last boss there and he drops the heart.

This shield is the best for 29 warr / pally BECAUSE the item is considered over level 35 and that means you can get a Burning Crusader enchant aka like 18 stam and such

Yes, you can get it @ lvl 29. I just took it with my twink lvl 29, and I'm getting a friend to trash RFK with his lvl 60 so I can get the Buckler.

Anyone know how much XP this will get you from turning it in at lvl 29? Thanks alot, I want the girdle but dont want to lvl till I have the WSG trinket

yeah lv 29 is the level you can get it at. and i was only friendly with thunderbluff

Actually forgot to grab her heart when I was in RFK. Unfortunatly her body must have dissapeared fairly quickly so I guess I'll be back in soon. Just make sure everyone in your group has it before you drop down.

I picked up this quest at level 29.

Marbled Buckler sold for more than twice as much of the other two items. My Hunter had no need for any of these, so it came down to which got me the most money.

I ran this quest with some help from 2 lvl 54s. Took us very little time. However, when I turned the quest in I got 4050 exp. Nice exp boost even at my lvl.
Funny though because I just picked the quest up about 2 weeks ago.

Please change value of attain from 28 to 29. You can only do this quest at level 29.

The dude's like lv. 35 or something. I'm level 35 and the quest is yellow for me.

server depending perhaps, im lvl 24 and i just accepted it, now to find where to get the heart...
