Can someone pls tell me how to get to Thousand Needles. I am Alliance and I keep running into Horde camps at the entrances to Thousand Needles. The only way I know of is through the Barrens.

Once by a group of Horde, once by two ? guards, but it is pretty easty to get to the flats. Start in Theramore. Go to Barrens, then South to the lift. Two guards at the lift (28 & 30). Go down lift and walk south through the canyon. keep following the road, you'll eventually get there. You will have to pass 2 large guards. I'm a 28 warlock, the guards were ?. I died but resed and went on my merry way. Got to the flats. Brassbolts is in the middle of the flats at the raceway. Good idea to get the griff point in Gadgetzan at same time. Quite a few quests at raceway.

Keep heading south on the road in the flats. You'll reach a pass through the mountains. Gadgetzan is right on the other side of the pass. Gryph point is on the other side of the town. Outside of the walls. Busy place full of horde and alliance alike.

Why would a YELLOW quest at LEVEL 31 require you to go through such a dangerous area? I thought the colors told you how difficult the quest is. Taking into account the danger of going through that horde camp on the South Gold Road, shouldn't it be a Red?

plus, rogues and druids: STEALTH...if you don't go too close and are in stealth you hould be fine

Trust us, the easiest way is through dustwallow- either that or through some very high level areas. Recruit some guards or something.
Once youve done that, the rest is easy. Its possible to get onto the left-hand lift without being seen by the guard, and failing that you can just jump down.

I assume your on a PvP serv, so its your own fault.

There is no place to get out of the water except where the mountains won't let you pass. There is a hole that is just deep enough for you to not be able to get out of in ANY direction. I used the auto-unstuck feature and it just activated my hearthstone which really pissed me off. Me thinks Blizz is getting tricky bacause they really want you to go through Horde areas. BS I say.

Does anyone have an easy way to get there besides Dustwallow marsh? It seems I must be missing something as it takes me right through Horde Territory and I am just dying. Sometimes the hardest things are simple, you are just not getting the clue.

When you get to duskwallow, jump in and swimm south, hug the land so you dont get fatuge, problem solved, you will hop out of the water in Tanris, run like snot to Gadget and head north, i was able to get a level 4 char to the area.

Not to be mistaken for The Brassbolts Brothers, yes two quests have the same name! This one, that you likely picked up in your late 20s/early 30s, does not chain to anything and serves only as a breadcrumb trail to the Shimmering Flats (which is an appropriate levelling area for those at ~30) but is not the pre-requisite to Gahz'rilla.

You ever heard of the Shimmering Flats? It's a stretch of salt flats way over in Kalimdor, just south of the Thousand Needles canyon. It's a great place for racing because, well, it's so flat!

A couple of gnome brothers are out there, friends of mine, trying out their new rocket car, and from what I hear it's fast! Heh, so fast that their pilots keep crashing. Giving themselves concussions.

So they asked me for some Siege Engine helmets, but I have duties here. I can't make the trip!
