You give the disguised serum to the Infiltrator in Stonard, he drinks it and starts to speak, and that's all folks. End of quest line, apparently.

Does anyone know what the rewards for this quest series is? The quest giver is very out of the way and the prequests are quite a pain.

You got the main quest reward from this chain (Cloak of Blight or Cragwood Maul) after turning in the hearts, fungus and tumor. So even though this is the last part of the chain, all you get from this part is XP and Undercity rep. I got 2550 XP and 75 rep at level 42 from this last part of the chain.

I like the ending of this chain. The undead are such silly people.

Why am i getting a lvl 42 quest in a lvls 18-30 area?

Its easy to see from road,just before entrance to the Deathwind pass turn north.1st part is for 350 XP (for LVL 41).did not done following.

I think this is interesting that Marksen says there is a conspiracy of lies coming from the forsaken.

Unfortunately, the mission is a dead end.

I would like to know what they are hiding, what it seems the undead players doesn't even get to know. This is very intriguing I must say.
Would be awesome if they actually did some follow up on this and just have it as a dead end.

In WoW Classic finishing this quest (at lv 52) awarded 260 exp and 7 rep
The 2 quests before it also awarded different exp and rep values compared to what is shown on wowhead.

Part 1 (elite part): 430 exp 15 rep
part 2: 35 exp 3 rep
Part 3: 260 exp 7 rep

But if there's one thing those humans cannot deny it's the booze. I'll take Faustin's serum and mix it into this ale. I guarantee the poor sap will show no reluctance when it comes to chug-a-lugging a brew.
