Where would I find the pattern for the Turtle Scale Helm, to complete this quest?

(Why, i'd get it from the Master trainer, of course - it hides amongst the Dragonscale/Scorpid patterns >.<)

There are two "Wild Leather Leggings" quests, one for Alliance and one for Horde. This one is for Alliance.
