You can find some of the wolves just north of Dalson's Tears. They also share respawns with the Carrion Lurkers, so if you don't see any wolves, theres probably a lot of spiders walking around. If you kill some of em, hopefully some will respawn as wolves.

When i did this place i walked at the area 'round the scarlet camp...
There is pretty many of them there.

The above commment is a just a slight exaggeration. I found all 8 wolves in less than 10 minutes at and around the coords 45,45. Happy Hunting

Coordinates are spot on - just search around and North of Dalson's Tears and you shouldn't have any trouble finding them.

The Diseased Wolves do indeed share spawn points with the Carrion Lurker (the biger looking spiders)

Dont bother killing the plague Lurker spiders as these share spawn points with Diseased Bears.

Diseased wolves and carrion spiders can be found just north west of the quest giver.

I think this chain is worth it, at lvl 60, its about 10g, an ok cloak, and CC rep, all in about 30 min... Pie

Mulgris is a Tauren located in the building on the northeast side of the farm.

should be done while they are in the yellow lvl range. didn't get credit for the green lvl ones.

I went looking for him today, I've done this quest at least 4 times and know exactly where he is. However I found his house boarded up and no Mulgris to be found. Have they taken this quest out of the game or just moved him?

Approaching from the lake (eastern corner of field) there are two silos and then the house (with a wagon beside it). He is in this house. Poor Mulgris is in pretty bad shape though, he's right there on the floor in the doorway.

I found some wolves at 43, 57.

Don't believe the people saying these are hard to find. Found at least 10 in a huge bunch at 46,41. So many in fact, I was getting jumped by them while fighting others, making this quest even easier.

In WoW Classic, the Diseased Wolves share spawn points with Carrion Lurkers. If you can't find many wolves, go to 46.5, 42.0 and clear the area from spiders. The wolves have chance (guess it is 50%) to spawn instead of the spiders. Especially on high pop realms this method can save you a lot of time. Took me under 10 minutes.

So many quests have shared-spawning mobs. This is one of them as the wolves share a spawn with the carrion lurkers (spiders). This is why you can never find wolves - people only look for and kill wolves and leave the spiders alone. Kill all the mobs!

If you can't find any wolves it means some idiot did this quest before you, don't be an idiot like him and kill spiders for xp too :)

Destroy 8 Diseased Wolves, and then return to Mulgris Deepriver at the Writhing Haunt, Western Plaguelands.

Descrizione

While there was little I could do alone to thwart the Scourge, I nevertheless came to these lands to try and heal the damage done to nature. Animals suffer from the plague that continues to choke these lands, unable to find mercy and peace. I ask for you to continue what I could not finish here.

There is no salvation for the suffering animals but a sweet and merciful release. Seek out diseased wolves nearby and put them down. Please <name>, end their misery - doing so will surely soothe mine.
