OK, this is for those of you who can't seem to find the damned ammo..

Outside of the grizzled den area there is an abandoned camp, in that camp is the box of ammo. IF YOU DONT FIND IT, either, you don't have quest, OR you're not looking hard enough, mouse over everything in the camp, because believe it or not, IT IS THERE

Man, talk about no sense of humor, jeez! Get a life. It was funny, nice break from the humdrum.
If you don't like watching the Dwarves dance around and make funny gestures then go play on the Horde or just go away would be better, it's a friggin game, not your life, ( I hope). Anyhoo, IF u don't have Cosmos, just look from the cave entrance to your North West, a little camp, 1 tent, mouse over the area, get 'er done!

For those of us without Cosmos, here is the location of the ammo:

If you travel almost directly southeast from the mouth of the Grizzled Den you will come to an abandoned camp with various bundles and boxes piled around it; The ammo is in a large crate right beside the tent.

I have another "non-coordinate" method for finding it..if you stand in the graveyard in Kharanos(where you rez when you die) and look at the small upper corner (not the BIG map), you will see a large "backward" C formed on the map by the terrain.. it will have a "dot" in the center That DOT is the camp.. just jump over the "cliff" and you land almost on it.

Cosmos sucks, BUT it's not the only thing out there that uses cords. If you have mapnotes it lists on Blizzards on UI map at the bottom YOUR cords (where you are standing at the moment you look at map) and the cursor cords. All you have to do is mouse to the cords posted here and set a mininote VIOLA! Also map mods such as MetaMap and Cartographer also give both and allow for map notes as well (cartogropher also has a Quest plugin that helps) and finally if you use Titan Panel (or any fork thereof) it has a cords view of where you are standing at the time, so all you need to do is get to general area quest describes and keep an eye on that til you hit the cords posted in forums. The latter being a bit of a pain but still works.

AND for those that don't WANT to use any of these STOP WHINING! Cosmos is a behemoth so understandable, but these other (and I'm sure there are more out there as well) ones are pretty slim. So go hit curse-gaming and DL something but for all our sakes STOP WHINING! either way.

the coordinates are not 45, 66 they are 40, 66 and yes those few numbers make all the difference one leads you to a foresty snow covered section with bears and pigs the 40, 66 leads you directly to the guy you need to turn in the quest.

HAHA, yes, they quote AC/DC, and one of their names is Angus. If you turn in this quest, you absolutely must watch the skit at the end. Just follow the dwarfs that start to walk away after the quest is turned in.

Mortar Combat....OMG it's hilarious...stay when you turn in the quest and follow the dwarves to the range, right next to the camp at turnin, on the road to coldridge pass. Best one yet.

You can find the ammo in zhe Grizzled Den next to an empty tent.

The ammo is in a crate by a small tent. It is south/west of Kharanos. Towards The Grizzled Den.

After getting the ammo you deliver it to Rumbleshot. Follow the road to the south and you find him on the left side of the road.

The map is misleading. Rumbleshot is on the road just outside the cave leading into Coldridge Valley.

Hegnar Rumbleshot sells guns off the road to Anvilmar. Riflemen and mortar teams spend a lot of time practicing out near his shop, and he's always needing fresh ammunition.

But... the last crate of ammo I sent him got lost along the way. My courier said he was camped near the Grizzled Den when wendigo chased him away... and the fool left Rumbleshot's ammo behind!

<name>, can you get that ammo and take it to Rumbleshot? He's been waiting on it and I'm sure he's running low.
