Garrick Padfoot is located at (57,48) in Northshire Vineyard. He's a level 5, and will have at least one other level 5 with him. He's next to a little shack, which is next to the mountains. Just kill him and take his head!

For those who don't have a coordinate add-on yet, or just want an extra hint, here's what worked for my lvl 5 warlock...enter the Defias area on the far right side by the river, where it meets the wall.

Consider the area as a U shape. Start here:

Follow the hillside as high up as you can get & you shouldn't attract much, if any, attention of those below. At the bottom left of the U....xU..will be about as low as you will come to the Defias. You may need to pause and wait until the current person on guard looks and walks away to continue your run.

As you continue on the bottom part of the U, you'll eventually find that the hillside contours up and that there is a path behind the hillside that will lead you to Garrick's shack at the bottom right side of the U...Ux. Here you can pause to reflect, buff up or whatever, before you start your battle. Garrick is lvl 5 and his thugmate is lvl 3. Both will participate in the fight. I returned the same way I came without any problems. Good luck!

U have to go to Northshire Vineyards and there's a shack almost behind the vineyard. He has about 1 or 2 guards with him,it depends on luck if there's only 1 guard.(Some1 might hav killed the guard n ran away.)Garrick's lvl 5 and his guards are usually lvl 4.(Sometimes lvl 3.)

Just did this guy on my level 4 rogue, you can't get behind him in stealth - he aggros on you, so no point trying backstab on him, works on the guard though.

You can find Garrick next to a building. He has one gurad so it's not that hard. he's at 57.48

If you are doing this quest with the return of WoW Classic in 2019, and you don't have coordinates: looking at the current map on Wowhead, Garrick Padfoot is not in any of the numerous spots to the east of the hills, to the north or south of the circular lake. He is at the one little spot to the west of the hills, which is to the east of the little diamond shaped vineyard where the Defias Thugs drop their red burlap bandanas for Brotherhood of Thieves. And he is outside a little shack.

Couldn't get Deputy Willem to give my mage this quest, which is about the only one I seemed to be missing from the first time around. Not sure what the problem was but since I'm not a completionist, it's not a big deal. But if it happens to you, you're not the only one.

On This Quest you need to kill Garrick Padfoot to get Garrick's Head. Garrick Padfoot is located 57 48 East from Northshire Abbey. Quest start finish from Deputy Willem.

Done this quest loads of times, only just realized his name is a Harry Potter reference. Garrick is the first name of Ollivander who Harry gets his first wand from, and Padfoot is Sirius Black's nickname.
