The crocs you need are right outside of town. Look for the ones labelled Sawtooth Crocolisk. The Young ones will not work, neither will Sawtooth Snappers. The drop rate runs hot and cold every time I've done this quest, so hang in there.

It's worth noting that you turn this quest in not in Stonard but at the orc camp to the east, near the coast. You'll have to run through level 40 spiders, and they'll chase you a long way, so be careful. This area also has stealthed Shadow Panthers, so don't stop for too long if you are level 38 or lower.

By the time I had finished this quest, the drop rate for the flanks was exactly 62%.. although it didn't feel like that.

I had killed 23 of them, took around 20 minutes.

I'm not saying the quest is bad.

they're near 84,71... but a Dragonkin called Somnus lvl ?? (elite) flyes around that area, so watch out.. !

They are on the North East side of Stonard. I started seeing tons of them around 54.50.

They are level 38 and 39, too easy for me at level 41.

Both works but the ones at 85,60 drops them much more than the ones at 54.50.

u can find swatooth almst anywhere BUT STAY AWAY FROM THE TEMPLE! Somnus is there and he is a 62 ELITE so stay away fromt the temple!

Found the Sawtooths, droprate wasnt too bad, but holy %�#@ that big dragon sneaks up on you All the time! :P Careful there, otherwice its a good quest.

I took a 100% drop rate around 69,12 lvl 38-39 mobs

if you don't have loc, it's the island directly sw of fallow sanctuary. make sure you go for the sawtooth crocolisks, you'll get at least 25% drop rate. easy quest if you're killin the right crocs

I had better luck with lvl 39 crocs. I'd recommend hitting the coast for the lvl 41-42 crocs for a better drop rate.

If u take the north exit out of Stonard, all around there the 38-39 crocs drop about 50% of the time. Coords are about 40-50,35-45

much better drop rate the closer you are to Fallow Sanctuary. around 54, 37 is where the drops got easier.

quests is very easy just watch out for the elite bird thats around there...lvl 44 moonkin druid here...the bird killed me in two hits

I just ran straight east, like it says, and killed lvl 38/39 crocs, and got the 8 items within minutes. Like the last post says, take that map down... just run 15-20 seconds straight east from Stonard and voila, crocs to kill & drops to pick up.

This quest took me forever. The drop rate was horrible, it took about 45 minutes of constant killing before the first crocolist dropped a flank. But they were easy to find, right outside of Stonard.

This quest was easy as a lvl 42 priest. You will find the Sawthooth Cracolish just outside Stonard.

Great drop rate on these, at least for me. Killed 13, got all 8. Easy quest.

the drop rate is absolute pants. it dropped 1 flank to every 10 crocodiles...i was grinding for ages! crocs can be found all over the swamp.

the drop rate for my 39 mage was terrible, I had to kill like 40 or so.

Tok'Kar is not in Stonard, he's in a small Post near the beach in the SouthEastern part of the zone, Misty Reed Post.

I completed this quest in about 25 mins...i'm a lvl 43 mage. got about 320-360 XP for the crocolisk and 440XP for a lvl41 elemental

The pre-quest to this is obtained from Dar, who is in a house in Stonard, at 44,57.

I spent about 15 minutes with only 1 Flank from the ones outside then I went to the Sawtooth Snappers and Sawtooth Croc's right at the coastline and got them quite often... finished the quest in no time.

I am past the level of the quest, but Tok'kar will not talk to me. Anyone know why this is? There's no prereq listed, and I know it's not level.

for me it was about 1 in 4 kills got a drop.

i got a pretty good drop rate aound 55,35. Took me about 10-15 minutes

killed about 25 before we got first drop, then got quite a few drops, then it dried up again. Either way it is the Sawtooth Crocolisks you want and not the young ones.

Was killing these things all around Temple, and barely getting any drops. Went to the NE of Temple, and got 5/8 in no time. So go to the NE section, just inland of the beach on the two little "islands".

I'm working on getting some supplies together for our outpost near the beach to the east--Tok'kar does what he can, but between shifts of guard duty and cooking for his soldiers there's not much time left in the day.

They do enjoy cooking up some sawtooth meat when they can, but I haven't had time to get them another shipment. Would you mind helping them out?

The young sawtooths aren't as tasty as the older ones, so stay clear of those; give them a year or two to get to full size.
