These are located outside the instance.

I found these just outside the instance. Two urns spawn on each side of the portal/gate and atleast one other spawn under one of the tents further back.

The urns can all be found before you reach Dig 1. There are at least 3 of them before that point. If you miss one or two just head back to the mouth of the cave and wait for them to reset.

This quest is very easy for rogues...

With a little patience and if you are careful, you can collect all four of them, without having to fight.

They are everywhere, outside Instance.. Both before dig 1, and beyond dig 1...

lvl40 rogue: This chain of quests was the worst ever. I had a lvl 47 mage and we almost got ourselves killed in the process. MAges aren't known for their stealth, u know.

Found all of the urns near the entrance, clearing the mobs was a bit harder job.

Difficult quest with minimal rewards. I did it on a whim as a level 60 feral druid and although it wasn't hard, but I could see what a huge pain it could be. Ended up fighting 5+ mobs at once in Bear form because of the runners, plus pulled many elites along the way.

There is an urn on the right side of the instance entrance (facing the entrance). I looted it before going in, and when I cam out. So... you can just loot that one urn multiple times instead of looking all around for the other ones.

you can loot the same one often, but it will take some time to respawn.

There are many urns all over the cave
You can loot the same one as often as you want
but, you have to wait for like 5-10 minute for it to re spawn

He is in Loch Modan by the eastern trogg camp (follow the lake around the south).

Locations of Carved Stone Urn's @ Uldaman (outside instance):

53:60 (at second tent at the right)
53:60 (at the upper right also at 2 tents)
*go down now trough the caveway, stay at the path and make a left turn

then walk down and there are about 2 or 3 Urn's at the instance portal...

it takes around an hour for the urns to respawn there are two outside the instance. very easy if you are a rouge or druid. (43 druid balance spec.)

I completed this quest at level 44 (when it was green). i got 2300 XP and an "increase" in my Ironforge reputation.

theres 2 or 3 in each the south and north common hall/room (whatever its called) I soloed this as a 43 druid stealthing as much as I could and killing the few troggs i had to, dying twice. 2350 exp at 43

These are NOT inside the Uldaman instance, but in the tunnel leading to said instance! :)

First one was next to the first tent inside the tunnel. No guard when I arrived.

Second was next to the second tent you come to. 1
guard that will need to be occupied or killed.

Third was inbetween 2 sets of boxes just before the Troggs. No guard that was necessary to eliminate.

Next look left, up the ramp to the left of urn #3 is urn #4. No guard to kill

Now git outta here and get that quest outta your log!

PS. minimum killing assumes everyone plays a character who can stealth (don't you? well why not?) If you cannot stealth there will be much more killing!

The Urns are found scatterered through the caves, they are not outside....

This is where I found mine, not hard to solo for a 44 hunter. I'm not sure how accurate the coordinates so I've left a description of the location also.
53,61 southern Tent in Excavation Center
53,60 over cliff in center of Excavation Center
53,61 west side of path to instance in Dig One
53,60 west side of instance beside pillar in Dig One

I did an annoying little deathrun n waited it out. KEEP IN MIND; you may also have to wait for them to (re)spawn.

There aren't just 4 in 4 specific places. They spawn in several spots in the caves. :P

The last report I received from Agmond is troubling, more so now that he's dead! He mentioned that his diggers uncovered "ancient urns" at the dig site outside Uldaman. I fear that the urns he found at that site incited the troggs, just as did the idols I found here.

I need you to get those urns for our studies. Go to the Uldaman site, gather the urns, then return to me.
