this can gets this to drop again but you can only have 1 on you

I just turned in this quest, level 47 and recieved 7 silver and 250 Thunder bluff faction. No experience.

Was the first time turning it in.

I reported the issue to a GM and they would not tell me if this was intended or not.

im a lvl 51 mage, and found this item on coincidence... i got 2200 xp from it. The quest was green, so maybe a lvl 48 or so would get the full exp, i only dont know how much that is.

I got my around the rage scar hold cave in Feralas.

2200 xp is max. I did it at level 45 and the quest log said it as a lvl 48 quest. Also 70 silver as a reward.

I found out Yesterday that its a repeatable quest, i picked up another after turning it in the first time. If you wanna get an easy 2200xp over and over this is the way to go.

Im level 51 and I'm still getting decent exp and money from farming these things.

Each skin I turned in netted me 100 reputation with Thunder Bluff.

Just turned the quest in twice... I'm lvl 50 and I only got 440 xp and 70 silver. But, you still get the 100 rep with TB for every turn-in.

Why would they change this quest. I guess I should have read all the comments before I wasted my time on this.

Completly nerfed I guess... I just got 440 xp from it. Not worth the time to try to find it, but if you pick it up w/ the other hide quests, sure, why not

I just turned in this quest at level 49, got 7 silver and zero xp.

Either it's bugged, broken, or pointless.

at lvl 44 i got 7 silver and a rugged armor kit via mail.

So I thought I'd ding to 46 upon completion of this quest, but apparently they changed it from the first time I did it on my main about 9 months ago, and that it now wastes a bag slot, gives 7s (whoopee) and no experience. Being a mage I could care less about the heavy armor kit that I'm getting, I'm just going to vendor it for a bit more silver. It's good to know I wasted my time on this one.

Just turned it in, for no XP, and a whomping 7 silver. Got 250 rep with TB as well. w00t.

I received a mail from the tauren to whom you give this hide containing an armor kit for +40 armor. Not sure if it's for this quest or the other ones you do for him though.

I just did the quest for a second time. While I got the reward (7sp) I never got any more experience.

Just handed it in for the first time on this character (having done it 3 times previously on other characters) and got zero XP and only 7 silver. I thought this quest used to give XP, shame that it now doesn't.

This quest is repeatable and easy xp. Get it off the rage yeti's in northern feralas in a cave east of the path just before you enter Desolace. I've turned it in twice so far both for 2200 xp. If you are grinding these yeti's or doing the Improved Mark of Quality quest it will most likely drop.

You have found what may very well be a perfect yeti hide. You easily note that it is exceptionally thick and sturdy - more so than even the ones you've seen from the yeti in Rage Scar.

Considering that Jangdor Swiftstrider at Camp Mojache is in the market for yeti hides, this particular one may be of considerable interest to him.
