The priestess is at the very top of the city. It's a good idea to go get the hammer for ZF from the Altar of Zul before doing this quest. The priestess patrols around the altar needed to enchant the ZF mallet. In addition, Elder Torntusk is on the altar. Finishing the next part of his quest requires going into the cave behind the altar, which is where you can finish killing all the guards needed to complete this quest. You can kill several birds with one stone if you play it right.

Fighting the priestess, I was able to do it with a 54 shaman and 49 shaman. She likes to polymorph you, and the spell won't break from damage nor will it cause you to regenerate. She also uses Shadow Word: Pain, so be ready with some heals. Be sure to take out the nearby guards and dogs before pulling her, she will run once her health gets low.

I don't see that anyone has added that this is a Horde only quest since you can't turn it in to a Horde NPC if you are Alliance. The rewards are excellent and if you would really like to cry, look up Rune of the Guard Captain. That is one of the finest trinkets for melee class and is also a Horde only quest.

It starts in Raventusk, at a billboard that has Wanted posters on it. The billboard is next to the stable master, who is across the way from the inn. Watch out for the 432 damage-per-tick dot the priestess has...

And they are for horde only. Nice! That neck item is better than my 58 req pvp necklace. What is up with that?

Who offers/starts this quest? Couldn't find anyone to mention it in Raventusk...

You can start the quest at the Wanted sign, next to the stable master guy. It's a big billboard. Also gives you the quest to kill other elite trolls in the same area as the priestess.

Let me get this straight: There is NO way for the alliance to obtain this cloak? Since it's one of the best cloaks a caster can ever hope for... Pretty disappointed if this beauty is horde-only...

this chick has killed me twice so far. i don't like her. i soloed the Sheriff quest and have been taking out her guards one-by-one but she's brutal. she has 8000+hp and 9000+mana. she throws spells and heals left and right.

at one point, she killed my pet then turned me into a frog, and while i was hopping around, she chased after me, beating me with her staff. now that's just cold!

i was able to Scattershot her heal and get her down to 1400hp but i think i'm going need some buffs and shadow protection to finish the job.

You get this from the Notice board near the Cooking supplier, not from Primal Torntusk as said here. Nice cloak for my priest, will be using battle healer's soon though.

Neck Worth so much more than the cloak, like 4x the price.
Neck sells for 2.x gold and cape sells for like 40 silver.
Take your pick, not to mention i'd say the necklace is worth mroe.
