Vile Familiars are to the north east and can be found inside or outside the cave around 44, 57

Can be found at (44 57). As easy as this is if you need help. Like if you don't have cosmos. I will happily take you there myself. Whisper me. Timmy/Horde/Outlands.

well im not lvl 3 anymore...lvl 45..at the time i sent this.

But anyways, when youre at the den and you go to the left valley where you kill the boars, collect cactus apples, see the troll dying, lazy peons, etc. you keep going north when you make a left. if you go mistake the way to go to the way to the scorpion that killed that troll by the tree, then simply go to the troll and face right of the tree where he lies. then go straight as far as you can. then make a right and keep going straight until you see ugly light greenish blue demon like things labeled "vile familar". their is a cave nearby them to the left where you will have to go for two other quests, blade medallion and thrazzils pick.

is there a reason why a level 10 undead can not get it? blood elf (level 11) got it just fine...

Even as a level 1 you can kill these guys. Orc warlocks have their imp quest to kill these guys and I always do that first.

Easy quest. Theyre all around the cave, as well as inside.

It appears as this quest is simply unavailable to warlocks.

There is another version that is given very early as a warlock the requires a drop collection, and unlocks the imp pet. When this quest is completed, it switches to another quest that has the player simply turn in to this NPC, and offers up a similar reward, if only the dagger and staff.

I have also tested this without accepting the warlock specific quest first (as this one unlocks at level 4) and this version is still not available for warlocks.

I trust the Valley of Trials will teach you much, young <class>.

I was sent to the Valley to guide you, but I have discovered a growing taint here...

A group that calls itself the Burning Blade has a coven here in the Valley of Trials. They are skulking in a cave to the northeast, and their Vile Familiars have spilled from its mouth to cause havoc.

As your first task against the Burning Blade, I bid you, defeat these familiars. Slay many and, if you survive, return to me.
