In order for Morja to offer the quest, you need to throw down a Dark Iron Ale mug near her. Her jubling will come hopping to it, then she'll offer this quest. The Unhatched Jubling egg you get has an initial cooldown of 7 days.

Technically, you only need 1 mug of ale, if you're lucky and show up when someone else has recently done the quest. You can just turn in your mug and recieve the egg.
Or, if you and a buddy want a Jubling, go to Morja at the same time. If you do it right, then you only need 3 mugs. Throw down the ale, wait, and then accept the quest and turn in your second mug, and then your buddy only has to turn in one mug.
Easy. :)

To get the egg there are a couple things that you need to do.
1. You need 2 Dark Iron Ale Mug which you can get by going into the Grim Guzzler in BRD, buying from the AH, or having a high level friend get them for you.
2. Go to the Darkmoon Faire when it has appeared.
3. Locate Morja, the orc female near the wagons.
4. Right click on ONE mug, when the hand starts to glow place the mug on the ground next to Morja. (note: do not click on Morja before this)
5. Wait for Jubjub to return to Morja, this may take some time, but he should jump back to her.
6. When he has returned, talk to Morja and complete the quest. This means you give her the other Dark Iron Ale Mug that you have.
7. One week later your Unhatched Jubling Egg will hatch and you will have your own jubling running around with you.

for the record it is called a jubling. you need 2 dark iron ales. one to turn in the quest, and one to lure the jubling back to her. place it on the ground and WAIT, it does take a while. also, once someone else lures the jubling to her u are able to turn in the quest without luring it to her yourself. (only takes 1 ale) then wait 7 days for your new pet. click it, and it interacts with u.

for anyone who doesn't know; you need several to get jubjub back to her owner, then you need 1 more for her to give you the spawn of jubjub.

Buy two Dark Iron Ale Mug from the auction house or in BRD, put one next to Morja and wait for Jubjub to spawn. Then you will be able to take her quest: Spawn of Jubjub and she will trade you Unhatched Jubling Egg for the second Dark Iron Ale Mug! After seven days the egg will hatch and you got yourself a critter frog pet.

This quest can also be completed as an alliance player, at least when the Darkmoon faire is in Elwynn forest, just completed it myself.

Am I doing something wrong ? OR do I need to do some prequest in order to be able to start this one ? The point is: NO MATTER how many times I've putted Dark Iron Ale Mug, Jubjub is NEVER appearing... I am, actually, tired of it, as I spent 10 mugs which you can buy from Plugger Spazzring, NOTHING, then I spent yet another 8 bought in AH for 2K each (!) and... NOTHING ! Can someone explain EXACTLY, STEP BY STEP, what needs to be done to have Jubjub spawned... Thank you VERY much in adcvance for ANY help provided.

As of August 4, 2020, this is still possible, but it takes patience.

I tried putting it in front of her multiple times. No dice.
I tried searching the woods for Jubjub. No dice.
I finally tried putting the ale further away, almost behind the bonfire... and this time, the frog came hopping out of the woods like he'd been there the whole time (from Morja's left, if that matters).

Conclusion: get more ale than you need, and have patience. I think there must be some weird timer or spawning thing happening here, but if you keep it up and try different things, you can get the wee froggy.

TL;DR: putting the ale behind the fire, a bit of a distance from Morja, finally worked. Go figure.

Here is my guide to completing this quest.

First of all, you need to have multiple Dark Iron Ale Mug's because you WILL be luring Jubjub to Morja. So step one is this:

Getting the Ale:
1. Enter to Blackrock Depths. Guide to BRD Entrance
2. Use the large drill machine on your right to go to "Domicile".
3. Follow your way through the arena, into the East Garrison.
4. Go down into the garrison (following the stairs going down) and Use the large gear device to unlock the door.
5. Go back up the stairs and follow the path to the left.
6. Make all left turns after you get through the narrow passageway until you come across a bridge with 4 flame elemental's guarding. This leads you to:
7. ... the Grim Guzzler. Go to the right and up to the second level. If you turn left directly up the steps you'll find there is a sickly Gnome named Plugger Spazzring. Whatever you do, DO NOT take the ale's off the table as it will make Plugger aggro. Talk to Plugger and buy all of the Dark Iron Ale Mug off of him. Now you take all the mugs off the table.
8. Return to the Darkmoon Faire however you wish.

Now comes the part where most guides get it wrong and I hope to shed some light.

Luring Jubjub to Morja:

1. Locate Jubjub. This is the part where most guides are inaccurate. Dropping Dark Iron Ale Mug in front of Morja will not spawn Jubjub. Repeating this process will only give you a chance of luring him from his current location... and that location has to be fairly close. Reality is that Jubjub can be anywhere in the vicinity of Morja. I found him wandering around in the fair itself around 50, 65. So DO NOT limit your search to the woods behind Morja, make sure to search the whole area until you find him.
2. Once you find Jubjub drop Dark Iron Ale Mugs to lure him to Morja. They can be fairly far apart and you should have enough that if you don't get it close enough you won't run out before reaching your goal. Just make sure that once Jubjub reaches Morja you still have one more Dark Iron Ale Mug.
3. When Jubjub reaches a close distance in front of Morja she will express her joy at the return of her pet and offer the quest: Spawn of Jubjub. Take that quest and turn in another one more Dark Iron Ale Mug to get the Unhatched Jubling Egg.

The key is to not simply drop the ale. You HAVE to look for Jubjub and lure him. Most people look in the forested behind Morja because that's what a lot of guides say but he can be anywhere in a radius around her, so don't be afraid to look all around her.

Congratulations! You have finally gotten the elusive frog! Enjoy!

I'm so happy Jubjub is no longer lost. She loves Dark Iron ale so much that when I ran out... she ran away to find more!

Now that Jubjub's back, I want as much ale as I can get! I won't want her to run away again!
