Easy quest. Just run south in Barrens. Once you see Camp T, go west into Mulgore and follow the road until you hit Thunder Bluff (road should lead north). The NPC to turn the quest in is located within the "Spirit Rise" in the underground cavern. Make sure to pickup the FP in TB if you do not already have it. Great quest to get TB as a FP point.

Since you get this at the crossroads, run south out of the Crossroads until you meet a fork in the road. Take a right at the fork, this will lead you into Mulgore, and take another right when there is another fork in the road while traveling through Mulgore. From there, take the elevator up to thunderbluff and go to the spirit rise. While crossing the bridge to the spirit rise, look down towards the rise and you will see the underground cavern. Take the ramp down to the underground cavern from the spirit rise (or jump) and you will meet Apothecary Zamah.

If you're worried about the time restriction, go to Thunder Bluff for another quest first (or just for the hell of it).

Go to the windrider master and establish a flight path. Fly back to Crossroads and fly back to Thunder Bluff.

This way if you're doing the quest from Crossroads, it's just an easy flight and find.

This obviously only applies if you don't start in Thunder Bluff and don't already have a flight path there. :)

This was an easy quest. It took me about five minutes to do. For those of you who need help, go to the Spirit Rise. At location 21, 29 there is a path that leads down into the cave. You'll find Zamah in there.

For me she was in a cave under the spirits rise. The only thing that was hard in this q was to find her, cuz�i had Thunder Bluff as my home, so it was just to pick up the Heartstone!

The fastest way to do it, is make sure you have a flightpath to Thunder Bluff, the walk all the way down take the bridge on the left side to the spirit rise turn right enter the cave en you complete the quest. If you have to walk follow the road and you will do it in about 15 min depending on how fast you walk. Flying it takes about 5 minutes.

22,20. go to the priest trainer at the spirit rise. you have to cross the bridge towards spirit rise, and there should be a cave. go inside the cave to the left and keep walking up and you should see zamah

when you come in to "thunder bluff" you go to a cave in "the spirit rise"... the cave start's at 30,30 so sipmle is that!

Ok this cave is in Thunder Bluff, right by the Spirit Rise. I ran it from the Crossroads by going south following the road, then north following the road. It would be easier if you can get a wind rider ride...lol

The Coordinates are 30,30, but make sure you are zoomed all the way in. If u arent then thats not right.

Right across the bridge is 30,30. Make sure you are on Thunderbluff. We had to enter the city to actually get here.

From crossroads, head SOUTH until you hit Camp Taurajo. Then, go WEST to Bloodhoof Village in Mulgore. From there, head on the NORTH road (from Bloodhoof Village, the road goes northwest for a bit) towards Thunder Bluff. On the way there, take the elevator-like thing up to Thunder Bluff, then head towards Spirit Rise. From Spirit rise, if you look closely, there are two bridges. Go to where the lower bridge hits Spirit Rise, and follow that path downward into the Pool of Visions. Zamah is in there.

You need to enter the cave, you can't just stand on the yellow spot. Go down, enter the cave and speak to the undead inside.

ok go to 33.45 and you will be at the west most bridge crossing to Spirit rise. If you look just right of the far end of the bridge you will see the enterance to the Pool/cave.

Thunder Bluff people!
The easiest way to do this is before taking the quest, follow the south road (and then the signs) to TB. Talk to the wind rider, fly back. Take the quest, fly back to TB, go to the elder rise (Or the other non-hunter rise, I forget which). The person is in the cave you can see from the bridge to the rise. very easy to do in the time alloted.

I did this mission in less than 5 minutes.

I took a flight back to Thunder Bluff and went and registered at the inn to make TB my home. If you have already done this then you can skip ahead.

I went back to the Apothecary in Crossroads and got the mission. I then used my hearthstone to tp back to TB. I took the bridge to Spirit Rise from the lowest level of the center tower near the Auction shop. This took me to a path on the side of Spirit Rise. Go to the right and the entrance to the Pool is there. She is on the upper part of the Vision Cave.

So I'm there, with 10 minutes to go, but it doesn't let me turn in the quest. The only thing she has for me is another quest. It still says I have ten minutes left on the bag but when I view the quest in my quest log, it says "Time Remaining:" and is blank. It doesn't even say that I failed it. FRUSTRATING!

I can't find them elsewhere so, here's how to get to Thunder Bluff:

From Crossroads, go South. Take a right towards Bloodhoof Village. Upon reaching Bloodhoof Village, you will see road signs for Thunder Bluff. From here, you can't possibly miss it since it's one of the capital cities.

it's sooo easy, i was such a n00b
the pools of vision are in orgrimar--just under the populated area of one of the rises, you can see entrance from the main rise looking nw. there's even a bridge that takes u right to the path to the entrance to the cave.

Considering most people won't have the wind rider flight map to thunder bluff at this level and point in the game then you must proceed on foot. Don't panic! As said, there is ample time to finish the quest even on foot. So, from the Crossroads starting point, travel south on the Gold Road. You'll come to a bridge, then shortly after that you'll reach a T in the road where Camp Taurajo is located. Go west from here towards Bloodhoof Village where the road will curve more northwards. There will be some signs expressing the direction of Thunder Bluff so it's pretty easy from there. Once you get to Thunder Bluff take the elevator to the second level and then take a left till you reach a hut with Sage Truthseeker inside. Take the ram up to the door and you'll find a long bridge once you get outside. Take the bridge to the Spirit Rise and once on the ground take a right into the Pool of Vison cave. You'll find Apothecary Zamah inside.

guys, this is not a time trial here. you only have to beat the listed time, which is ample.

The important thing is simply HAVE the windrider point in the destination town before you take on the quest. on foot you get there by giong S from Xroads to Camp T, then West into tauren territory, then north to the bluffs.

Once you have the windrider point you can complete the quest at your leisure. that is until they realize how easy it is and add something like "the mixture is volatile and cannot withstand flight" then we will all be boned.

The minor agility potion reward is a component in a leatherworking recipe at level 22. If you are a leatherworker, get the minor agility potion and hang onto it.

here's how not to do this: fly into sun rock retreat--u end up in charred vale, where u definitely do not want to be.
on my next attempt im simply going to walk west from crossroads, will report back.

I know others have already said this, but I'm casting my vote for the sake of agree'ing with the last few people.

To be more discriptive though, Go into The Spirit Rise area, by taking the left bridge from the main platto. Go into the cave...

From the right bridge:
Going into the Spirit Rise area. Once your there, you will notice a highlight (yellow) dot for the person your looking for. Turn around, go tward the bridge to your right. You don't have to jump, but if you take the path you'll notice a cave to your right. Go in there and speak with Apothecary Zamah.

As Malthius said, go to Thunderbluff. Go to the Spirit Rise, preferably via the southern bridge.
On the south edge of this rise is a path that goes down towards the East. Two Bluffwatchers guard the cave. When you reach the cavern in the cave, turn left onto the bridge. Follow the path straight to Apothecary Zamah.

This cavern contains priest trainers, mage trainers and a portal trainer.

I have the rendered spores, found Zamah, when i speak to him he trys to give me a quest and i cant turn in the spores. Cant take the quest either because my quest log is full.

Any ideas?

Currently bugged in Classic, the server timer does not match the ITEM timer. It continues to tick while offline and the quest will be automatically flagged as FAILED even though the tooltip for the Rendered Spores says there is time left.

Its a approximately 15min run, you get 45 minutes. Super easy especially if you need a staff and the want the followup quest for Wailing Caverns.
