they are not all bops i have gotten a few of these on my 60 and mailed to my alts with the proper professions. just do a lil research on the ones your wanting.

Anyone know if the recipes for the outfits are only in red? The reason I ask is the pants suit specifically says Red Festival Suit when you have the recipe. But the dress says no particular color, but is red since it uses red dye. So are there blue and purple versions of the recipes or only red?

Anyone know what level you need to be for each of these? my 45 rogue alchemist had all the rockets and the launcher available as quests, but my 40 shaman engineer could only choose from 2 rockets, and nothing else.

My warlock (38, 300 Enchant/300 Tailor) only got two (three) choices for - Fireworks!

How do I get the tailor patterns? Or from whom?

It's things like this that should have been scrapped/fixed from the precious "vanilla experience". If you can train a profession to 300 at lvl 35, you should be able to learn a 250 recipe at that level. Requiring level 50 for a cosmetic item makes NO sense.
