This is a repeatable quest from the gnoll that is locked in the cage in Camp Taurajo. You turn in 10 Blood Shards which you can loot from the Quillbores in the area.

This is a very useful quest to keep getting, because extra run speed is always good when you are trying to level faster.

He's not taking the shards when he gives the buff. Not that I mind, but he did so in the past.
Edit: This might be because I had Aspect of the Cheetah. This buff still replaced Aspect of the Cheetah though

Note that this doesn't stack with the druid feral talent Feral Swiftness. There was no change from having this buff in cat form to not having the buff. It grants approximately the same speed, as I was running at about the same speed in regular form as I was in cat.

Had the shards taking up space, so I decided to test this out. Appears to be same speed increase as Aspect of the Cheetah (30%), but doesn't stack with AotC. I can only assume it doesn't stack with Ghost Wolf and Travel Form either. Not sure if it stacks with Swiftness pots though. It lasts for 5min, instead of 4min mentioned below.

When I just tried this, I got increased speed for 4 minutes. This is really for getting you south to the tough areas before your buffs time off. Make sure you collect this one last.

Also increases Flight Path speed in SoD, even if the buff expires mid-flight.
