Yes this is a repeatable quest. This quest is probably for people that changed their minds when they were going for the Battlegear or got something better.

If you have a group of 5 people collecting the badges is the fastest way to get rep. If you are solo I would suggest you collect Encrypted Twilight Text, since 20 text will get you the same amount of rep.

After 2.0, this quest gives 500 CC rep. This is still the equivalent of turning in 20 Encrypted Twilight Texts.

200 rep and is repeatable.

I think it was just added in patch 1.11

As of patch 2.0.1 this quest now gives 500 Cenarion Circle reputation on completion.

Yea its new to the new patch, you can tell because it's on Allakhazam and not Thottbot ;)

Most logistic quests do cost like 10g or more. Depending on server. And its only 1/3 of the 200 rep.

who do you turn the badges in to? I have not been able to find the NPC.

I only turned in one set of badges-- got 200 rep. I hope it isn't less the next times you do it... if it IS 200 each time this is the fastest way to reach exalted (unless you're rich and can buy a few thousand twilight texts :P)
