Location in Westfall 34,80 near the lighthouse.
Location in Wetlands 51,17 up by the Thandol Span.
Location in Hillsbrad 54,34 at crossroad to Tarren Mills.
Location in Silverpine 54,70 by the crossroad to Shadowfang Keep.

XP = 150
Reward (pick) = Toasted Smorc +44 Healing for 1 hour
(Duration 6hrs)
Took about 30 min to complete

The Festival Fire Quest
XP = 650

Rewards:

Burning Blossom
(throw it in the fire and it gave me 3% to for melee and spell - this is probably a random buff like the others)
10 Charges - Lasts 14 days.

Fiery Festival Brew
(flame breath for about 10seconds - not sure if it does damage - like the Thunderbrew Flask trinket)
(Took maybe 20 minutes to complete but I was doing the Eastern side at the same time so it could have been shorter I'm sure)
10 Charges - No expriy date on this item.

Not sure if I'll finish the Kalimdor side...xp was not worth it and I wish the soulbound rewards would last longer (like the christmas ones did). But I did visit Silverpine..a place I'd never visted before with any toons....so it was fun. Nice distraction from my Uldaman boss wipe earlier in the evening.

FYI -- I received 1500 XP for completing this quest. I was a level 19 to start and ended at level 20. It took hours and hours as I did not have any flight paths. Plus I roamed around everywhere to open up my maps.

The thing with the food Durations is simple. If you die your gonna need to rebuff yourself so they gave you some extras just in case.

I would think the durations are just for the 'holiday items', to prevent people from keeping them beyond the holiday. For instance, I have Halloween and christmas items still (no durations). Maybe this is new, to prevent people from filling their banks with useless junk?

I've tried everything suggested, all of the coords that were posted and gone back and forth on both sides between Ratchet and Crossroads. Has the fire been moved? Please, help...

OMG i have search for like two hrs at all the co ords for the flame in Stonetalon it is not there does it come at a certain time or what?

I'm just now getting around to finding the last flame, in the Barrens, and it is completely gone.
What happened. Was it just a seasonal thing? Should I go ahead and abandon the quest?

I spent a good 30 minutes running around Darkshore before I finally looked up the location here. Afterwards I felt like an idiot, because all of these bonfires are visible from the road, if not on the road itself.

who do you report to after completing Kalimdor ? I mean, where is the flamekeeper... ?I forgot...

Ashenvale - (64,71) - By the bridge north of the battleground entrance.

Barrens - (59,39) - On the road west of ratchet.

Darkshore - (41,90) - On the road just before you cross into Ashenvale.

Stonetalon - (59,72) - The crossroad before Windshear Crag.

There are many flames burning throughout the world today, <name>. The trickiest fires to tend are those that burn green; they do not stay lit long without supervision. Make certain the emerald fires still burn on Kalimdor for our Flamekeeper, eh?

You will find them near Ratchet in the Barrens, close to the Master's Glaive in Darkshore, in the forest of Ashenvale by the bridge near Silverwing Outpost, and near the road to Windshear Crag along the main road in Stonetalon Mountains.
