The +4 spell hit rating should be around 2.89% at lvl17, when you can use this ring.
At lvl21 it's 2%,
At lvl34 it's 1%.

This is one of very few items with spell hit rating available early in the game. (In general, spell hit rating does not start appearing on items until around level 55.) This item is quite easy to acquire.

This is actually really good. A +2.89% chance to hit with spells at level 17, but the chance lowers dramatically as you level.

At level 18 it's +2.60% and at 19 it's +2.36%.

Pearls r too hard to find so they should make this ring better. You can only buy em at the AH or go out amd open a hundred before u find one.
