anyone have a idea if this design is still in-game? if so where does it drop. 0.4% rate from Zigris seems kinda odd.

This recipe does still exist. I killed Zigris tonight and he dropped it.

Probably has a much higher drop rate of Quartermaster Zigris than is shown.

Apparently, you can only see (and loot) this design if you're a Jewelcrafter.

Does this not exist? It's BOP and there are no finds for it yet...

i made 3 run , not really easy to kill alone but he drop the design at the 3rd kill
so to me drop rate about 33%

Increases Defense rating by 9, reduces damage by 35 for 20 secs, but one charge? And no source?

Looks like another cut citrine stunt.

Just got this tonight; dropped off Quartermaster Zigris in LBRS.

Also dropped for my group off of Quartermaster Zigris, odd though that only the Jewelcrafter in the group could see and roll on it though.

Requires a hell of a lot of mats..... The mats are worth more than the item... Sure this is really worth the effort? Unless you have a high level buddy who doesn't mind you having the mats etc. etc.?

if you can make then you must be a JC, and you are then the azerothian diamonds are easy to get, just prospect the thorium you mine instead of smelting it. you can also get them from mithril. the black diamonds are also easy to get, or i would not have 21 of them, the only thing that might be hard to get is the pristine black diamonds, but you only need 4. the arcanite is easy to get as well, it just takes some time.
