Pretty common drop from AQ20, drops from the captians and majors and the Colonel. My group saw two of them drop in the event. Disenchants into a Small Prismatic Shard

Thanks for stating the obvious but not knowing a thing about warlocks.

A warlock can kill with zero intellect and zero mana enchantments. They need stamina, not intellect.

Why would a warlock want this piece of crap? It's purely for healing... Dragonrider boots are better than this. Green boots of stamina are better than this for a warlock.

I disagree. Since you ought not to get damage you don't need stamina that much..
Of course it ain't useless, but I don't think you would survive more often just because of 12 Stamina...
+heal and Int > Stamina..

AQ-20 man. i got mine from one of the captain's of a wave of mobs during the second boss fight. they drop during the General Rajaxx event.

there are around 4-6 groups you need to kill before rajaxx comes, these captains are in each group
after you kill each group the general himself comes nd that npc will pwn him if you heal him

I was looking for the best mix of gear for the set bonuses of prophecy, and I can't seem to get over the fact I think these are better than the boots of prophecy, at least for PvE. Excluding the resists, I think +19 healing to be better than +17 stamina and +4 spirit.

These beat Cenarion easily, are equal if not better than Boots of Fright, and maybe even give Stormrage some competition. That is, of course, if you value +heal like most druids do.

Dropped this afternoon for me - of course this boots are quite beautiful.
All stats (except manareg) a priester needs are present :)
I'd prefer them to the prophecy boots. Stamina of t1 boots is quite useless and the rest of the stats on the Treads are equal or better. Well, you'll lack the set bonus - but nothing is perfect :)
