The "of the Prophet" version of this belt (+23 Intellect, +23 Spirit, +50 Healing) is almost as good as the Cord of Belief from Mennu the Betrayer in Heroic Slave Pens (+23 Intellect, +20 Spirit, +46 Healing, +8 MP5 https://www.wowhead.com/wotlk/item=27542).

Certainly the Cord of Belief is better, but there simply aren't many options for healing belts if you're not a tailor. If you're lucky enough to find this on the auction house, I suggest picking it up. It'll be the only healing belt you'll need until you can get the Cincture of Will from Karazhan. Especially if you're like me and have run Heroic Slave Pens countless times without seeing the Cord of Belief drop and are sick of that instance by now.

This non elite's path encircles Oshu'Gun lvl (68)...
his spawn time is unknown at this point, He drops some favorable blues.. Not too dificult to kill.
