Better then tier 2 judement. These boots offer +4 more helaing and 40 more mana. The only other thing that judgement has is the 140 hp. One downside to these boots are that they look like santas boots.

These boots use the "Gold" version of the "D5 Plate" artwork.

The pieces that use the same artwork in this colour are:

Head, Shoulders: none, artwork for these pieces actually doesn't exist in the database
Chest: artwork exists but it's sadly not available in the game :(
Wrists: Morlune's Bracer
Hands: Flameguard Gauntlets
Waist: Hyperion Girdle (the Hyperion Girdle artwork is actually from this set, not the Hyperion one)
Legs: Legplates of Blazing Light
Feet: Magma Tempered Boots

Together they look like this.
In addition there's a version of the gloves that use the same artwork and colour, but look rather different. They use the sleeve artwork for the top of the gloves: Heretic's Gauntlets.

There are three other colours of this set in the artwork database but only "Silver" is available in the game in a significant number of pieces. Again, the chest is missing:

Head, Shoulders: none, artwork for these pieces actually doesn't exist in the database
Chest: artwork exists but it's sadly not available in the game :(
Wrists: artwork exists but it's not available in the game.. They'd be hidden anyway.

Feet: Boots of the Fallen Hero

These also match Judgement pretty well if you happens to be missing the boots. :)

For hordes these boots are only 1xNexus Crystal. - For alliances these are paladin boots.

was there and a 56 pally came along.... well, im a 60 pally too so we got to magmadar and these and lawbringer legplates drop.... the 56 decides to roll cuz it was pug! I WAS ABOUT TO DIE another pally gets the lawbringer legs and i loose the ^&*!ing roll to a 56 pally on these boots, it made me sick

They do drop on the horde side, lol... only Lawbringer doesn't drop on the horde side but this isn't a set piece as you clearly can see so it has no restrictions as of who can wear it. So, yes this does drop on the horde side. Also, these boots are way better in MC and Onyxia's Lair then the Lawbringer because the Lawbringer boots have no fire resistence which you need in instances like that.
