I'm assassination, hit capped, and having the Signet of the Elder Council or Hornet-Sting Band(I have both) proves to be -slightly- better than this thing. Hit is a wasted stat if you're hitcapped, crit has significantly lower weight than both mastery and haste, meaning that haste+mastery > crit+hit+11 agi. Even if you reforge, it's worse - not too much though - the difference is indeed very insignificant and probably not even noticable in battle.

However, if you're not hit capped, this will be better.

I've seen an extraordinarily large amount of fury warriors using this ring. Does the Hit and Crit really make up for the loss of strength? I highly doubt it, but it's a weird trend.
