I'm guessing that the weapon speed is going to be fixed by the end of the PTR testing period.

Finally, some of you may be relieved to hear that the Shatterskull Bonecrusher was fixed to be 2.60 speed some time ago. - Daxxarri (Blue Poster)

As of writing this (20th June), this item is not listed in the Dungeon Journal for Firelands on the ptr. This being a test realm, it might as well not be updated to its final state yet, but there's also a possibility that it will not be a raid drop, but obtained some other way, like a reward from Avengers of Hyjal, or raid trash drop for example. Same applies to Entrail Disgorger and Avool's Incendiary Shanker.

I can confirm that this mace drops off of Lord Rhyolith. I don't know whether or not you can get it from trash mobs or if it's an item that has a chance of dropping from multiple bosses but I can confirm that it at least drops off of Lord Rhyolith.

I believe it has a chance to drop off of all the bosses except for the Gatekeeper, Ragnaros, and Majordomo. I included the Gatekeeper because he already drops a slow one handed agility weapon. The fact that it is Bind on Pickup leads me to think that it will not drop from raid trash- just bosses.

Edit: This and the other weapons that were in the PTR files have a small chance of dropping from all the bosses in the Firelands except for Ragnaros. Link to MMO-Champions post.

Dropped for me tonight off of Shannox. BiS for Combat rogue, unless you're an Orc (Then you might want to hold out for the Gatecrasher.)

This is one of the Firelands "grab bag" weapons, with a low drop rate off every boss in the zone. Heroic versions also exist.

Two of these dropped from Shannox last night, I was a very happy Shaman.

I should also mention that these weapons don't count as an additional piece of boss loot, they take the place of a bosses normal loot. For example, Shannox's loot pool consisted of just two of these maces and no other gear.
