A shame, another thing taken out of the new Naxx that increased the atmosphere of the old one, just having a prisoner to fill those cages lying around.

If you are on Blade's Edge and want something crafted for some strange reason (And happen to have the mats). I (Ethlin) can make the plate ones (I believe I am one of the 3 or so people on the server that can, unless more transferred here).

I imagine that there is many people on pre-BC servers that still have the recipes.

Omarion is back! He was rescued from Naxx after all, and now resides inside the Light's Hope Chapel.

Sadly, neither he nor Wilhelm will each players exalted with the Argent Dawn the Naxx-40 recipes, which continue to be unobtainable since 3.0.

This guy is called Omarion, which gave you Frost-resistance stuff, and there is also a rap-singer called Omarion, which made the song with the name Ice Box. Reference? Maybe. The song got released in the same year as the patch, I am just unsure about the exact date.

He's just inside the DK Wing, the first room where the cages are, before Instructor's room.

He offers exclusive craft patterns for Master crafters at a Revered or Exalted standing:

Master Tailoring:
Glacial Wrists
Glacial Gloves
Glacial Vest
Glacial Cloak

Master Leatherworking:
Polar Bracers
Polar Gloves
Polar Tunic
Icy Scale Bracers
Icy Scale Gauntlets
Icy Scale Breastplate

Master Blacksmithing:
Icebane Bracers
Icebane Gauntlets
Icebane Breastplate

These sets are very important for the Sapphiron encounter, as not enough Frost Resistance = wipe.

The following quests can be picked up from Craftsman Wilhelm at the Light's Hope Chapel in the Eastern Plaguelands by completing Omarion's Handbook which you get from Master Craftsman Omarion.
He's trapped in a cage in the first room of trash in the Deathknight Wing inside Naxxramas.
With a skill of 300 and high enough reputation, you will be able to choose from a total of 13 different patterns depending on your professions: Tailoring (4), Leatherworking (6) or Blacksmithing (3).

(Patterns actually doesn't exists, all of them are taught by Master Craftsman Omarion in Naxxramas.)

NPC Master Craftsman Omarion is locked in a cage located inside The Millitary Quarter of Naxxramas (Deathknight Wing).
You need to clear first hallway and room from Trash mobs to reach him.

Omarion will teach players crafting recipes, depending on their crafting profession and reputation with Argent Down:
Tailoring Revered:

- Glacial Vest
- Glacial Cloak
Leatherworking Revered
- Polar Bracers
- Polar Gloves
- Icy Scale Bracers
- Icy Scale Gauntlets

If your character doesn't have one of the listed crafting profession, he will instead give you a book Omarion's Handbook which starts quest Omarion's Handbook.
Upon turning in the quest at Light's Hope Chapel you will be granted a new option to obtain Frost Resist Gear.
Craftsman Wilhelm will craft requested items for your class for required crafting Reagents (same amount as when crafter by player) along with a hefty fee of 200 or 300 golds, depending on the piece.

Is he only in the Naxxramas in Eastern Plaguelands? I didn't see him in the Northrend on.
