In Loch Modan kill elite crok at the tiny island in The Loch lake – 53.00 56.36.
Loot and click it to add into your rune collection.
Rune can also be looted from in Westall (Alliance Only).

1. Travel to Ratchet (The Barrens 63.1 X , 37.1 Y)
2. Speak to Kilxx and purchase 1x
3. Follow the pier to the end and jump into the water
4. Locate about 50 yards from the end of Pier
5. Use on and then kill it
6. Loot & learn

How To Acquire Rune of the Sniper (Hunter) & Rune of Quick Strike (Warrior)

-Head to Ratchet
-Talk to Kilxx. He's near the entrance to the docks, standing in tall grass next to a short fence.
-Purchase a Fishing Harpoon for 5s.
-Run straight off the end of the dock and continue swimming due East.
-Not far, you will see a shipwreck at the bottom of the seabed.
-Swimming above the shipwreck is a level 20 elite shark named Bruuz.
-Throw harpoon at Bruuz, this will give him a DoT which drops his health quite a bit.
-Defeat Bruuz and loot your rune.
(hint: don't forget to breathe)
