The item will only buff the user, not the party nor raid.

The quest is a weekly and grants 1k rep even after revered.

As of Phase 2, can not be used at level 26 40 or higher.

Alright, so to be fully clear about this consumable item (meaning it disappears when used):

Reward from the weekly quest (meaning you CAN get it more than once)
Which starts from the drop (Note that this item will NOT drop if you currently have a Warsong Battle Drum in your bags (including your bank!) so you cannot have multiple at the same time. :(
Which drops from any Alliance NPC that partakes in the Ashenvale battle event in Season of Discovery.
The buff it gives - CANNOT be stored by Chronoboon Displacer like the new or various Sayge's "Dark Fortune of" buffs from the Darkmoon Faire at this time.
update thanks to Khanrad: It appears you cannot collect the dropped item if you already have the buff as well.

SoD Phase 2 update: Seems to not work for targets above a certain level (presumable level 25, I didn't get another until I was 35)

Any idea on when it resets? Is it one week from when I last turned the quest in? Or does the cooldown reset with the server reset?
