Tried using one as a boomie, my addon said that I got +40 rage, so might be useful for warriors/bears. 30 min CD
Sounded and looked like I got a speed buff, but got no buff. Perhaps because I have 20% movespeed from boon?

Edit: Gives 4 bars of rested EXP (20% of your lvl). Use them asap since they are on a 30min cd!
Max value at lvl 39, unless you're saving them for P3.

Gives about 4~ bars of rested XP at level 29. Not sure if it's a flat amount or a percent.

-At border of Hillsbrad Foothills and Arathi Highlands, head north to a broken portion of the wall.
-On the Hillsbrad side, climb an upturned cart to get on top of the wall.
-Climb further up wall and through the hallway.
-Find Messenger Bag at end of hallway, just outside the doorway leaning on the wall.
-Pick up Quest: This Must Be The Place
-Find Hastily Rolled Up Satchel at your feet.

I would love to know if these give a flat amount of rested or a percentage based on your current level. If it's a percentage wouldn't it be better to save them until your late 30s to get the most bang for your buck?

For anyone wondering, yes you can use it up until lvl 39, so the most "efficient" way would be to start using it once you hit lvl 38 and then use it, since it always gives a flat 20% rested EXP. If you want to min/max it :)

2. Travel to 37X 50Y in Westfall
Interact with

3. Travel to 51X 51Y in Stonetalon Mountains
From the road follow the opening into the mountains, and follow the path until you reach the camp
At the camp interact with
Run through the camp and jump down the mountains to reach the ledge with that you have to interact with

4. Travel to Dam at 49X 12Y in Loch Modan
Jump down to the ledge and interact with

5. Travel to 81X 56Y in Hillsbrad Foothills
While facing the gate toward Arathi Highlands turn left and follow the wall until you reach the fallen cart
Follow the little jumping puzzle toward the camp

I wonder if i should keep this for a later phase. To get to 50 or 60 faster. Or is there a hidden "Not usable after 40" footnote somewhere?

When used it gives 675 health and mana, 40 rage, 100 energy and 4 bars of rested XP on any level. Effect is instant, makes a speed buff sound and candy sprite.
You get a total of 8 from completing the sleeping bag chain.

Since no one has mentioned this yet. This item gives you an exact +20% rested xp no matter what level you use it at. Each time you consume ONE, you gain 20% rested xp. You get a stack of 8 from doing the sleeping bag quest. If you use 2 of them, you'd have +40% rested xp. If you used 4 of them, you'd have +80% xp. I just wanted to be clear on this because some people were suggesting to wait until 39 to use them, but if you do that, you will not use all of them.

Keep this in mind when deciding what to do with them.

The fact that Max stack is set to 30 tells me we'll probably getting more of these later on, which also implies that they would be usable past lvl 40

This item has an unstated effect. It heals you for 375, gives 675 mana, 40 rage and 100 energy.

I didnt know what these were, and I ate one at 40. When p3 just launched I had the 20% rested. So it still applied even though I was "Max Level" It was just hidden until the level increased.
