Human Warrior.

How to learn :

Pick up quest from a warrior trainer .
In Elwynn Forest travel to Echo Ridge Mine – entrance is at 47.60 32.15.
Go through the mine to the very end and look for at the very back wall.
Open the chest to collect and click it to add into your rune collection.

Hint – there are similar ways to collect the rune in every starting zone, so you don't have to travel to Elwynn Forest if you are dwarf / NE warrior.

She was experimenting with engraving mystical runes onto her equipment to improve her combat prowess. I suspect she was overwhelmed when the kobolds captured the mine. Find the rune among the kobolds and learn this technique yourself.]
