This has to be the biggest off-hand in the game! When I found it I thought it was a staff, but no, it's an off-hand. Still, I think the pretty silver and gold skin and unique size make it a good transmog item.

just sold this for 10k on my realm first time putting it up, which means it proly was worth a lot more since it went so fast. can definately advertise this to xmoggers with the SM mace match too.

By looking at who drops this item and the drop rate. I think the best way to farm this would be heroic 50-60 dungeons. Although this item will not be easily farmed.

I assume I'm not the only person that wants to transmogrify my offhand to a staff so here's a list of all the staff-like offhand items I could find.

Visible When Sheathed

These sit diagonally across the character's back while sheathed
Desertwalker Cane - My personal favorite
Prophetic Cane - No longer obtainable
Runic Cane

Not Visible When Sheathed

I obtained and equipped both of these in game for confirmation

Highborne Star

Visiblity While Sheathed is Unknown

These all behave just like the Highborne Star and Apple-Bent Bough in a model viewer so it's likely that they are also invisible while sheathed but I haven't confirmed this in the game
