Seriously? A ilvl378 tank item and this is what it looks?
Any character that cares about how they look (we all do! will transmorg... transforgi... trasonforgo... will change it's damn appearance. And I don't know why a comment about it being "a stump on a stick" was downvoted. It is a stump on a stick. Pretty lazy for an epic tanking weapon.

Note that this is considered a 'One-Hand' mace which means you can only transmog it into other maces that are considered 'One-Hand', because it only allows you to transmog into something of the same slot, and One-Hand and Main Hand are not the same slot, unfortunately. This means that you cannot use 'Main Hand' maces for transmog, if you have this one equipped. I made a big mistake and farmed for Light's Justice for a while just to find out it didn't work.

There are still some quite good looking options for transmog out there even though it's only 'One-Hand' maces, you can use. I filtered the One-Hand maces and you can check them all here.
My favourites are Mallet of the Tides or Blackhorn Bludgeon, but luckily there are pretty many alternatives if you don't like those :)

EDIT: Would like to see something supporting Aerozia's comment, as I've tried to transmog this to a main hand many times since I've written this comment and it still isn't working. If it's just because he's wrong, it's just making it more confusing with two different statements. From my experience it's 'Main Hand' weapons that you can transmog to both 'Main Hand' and 'One-Hand', but 'One-Hand' weapons that only works with other 'One-Hand' weapons, which is the case with this one.

I've found that I cannot Transmogrify Gavel of Peroth'arn into the appearance of Maw of the Dragonlord. :(
However I can Transmogrify Maw of the Dragonlord into the appearance of Gavel of Peroth'arn. Weird. D:

If you go to askmrrobot it will say that gavel of peroth'arn or Dragonshrine Scepter is best in slot.

I just finished grinding rep with the Kalu'ak and thought the Totemic Purification Rod would look good with the HoT armor set. However, Totemic Purification Rod is main hand. But, Cookie's Tenderizer is the same model and one-hand. Obviously the whole main hand one hand transmog thing is a sham, if Cookie's Tenderizer and Totemic Purification rod are the same model. I don't particularly feel like grinding Deadmines hoping for a transmog model.

What gives, Blizz? If it works, let us transmog it....why can't I use Totemic Purification Rod? You did.
