Part of a visually cohesive tanking 'set' available in the 4.3 5-mans:
Helm: Annihilan Helm
Shoulders: Pauldrons of the Dragonblight
Cloak: Iceward Cloak
Chest: Breastplate of Tarnished Bronze
Hands: Gauntlets of Temporal Interference
Waist: Girdle of Lost Heroes
Legs: Bloodhoof Legguards
Boots: Chrono Boots
Additionally, weapons and shield:
Mace: Gavel of Peroth'arn
Shield: Corrupted Carapace
2h Mace: Pit Lord's Destroyer *for our DK friends

Finally a cloak that might be a worthy upgrade for shield tanks still running with the Mantle of Patience since the Avenger's of Hyjal cloak is inferior except when pushing full CTC from gear alone.

Can someone confirm whether this actually drops off Arcurion?

I've downed that boss upwards of 40 times so far on various toons and have never seen this drop. The probability of that being due to chance is approximately 0.07%, which is very suspicious to me.

you know i've been thinking the same thing about the droprate....

I've been doing these 5mans non-stop during the day and i've yet to see this cloak drop on 4 different characters (of which my main prot warr has been queueing non stop for dungeon as well and is probably over 25kills so far...)

I don't believe these actually drop.

I've run this dungeon everyday since patch hit (about 21 days now) and sometimes more than once a day if i get it as a random, and i've ran it several times on alts and they have never dropped.

In addition I've never seen anyone actually wearing this cloak. I believe this cloak is a red herring, I call shenanigans!

No need to reply about drop rate chances, i know it's low, blah blah blah. Until I see anyone with it, it doesn't exist. :P

I have run this on my tank a dozen times, and no drop. This same issue has occurred with the belt, shoulders, trink, helm, legs. The only things I have seen drop on 30 runs with my tank are the gauntlets, hammer and shield.

I think it is a plot to keep tanks queuing.
