This rather cool looking set can be obtained from various lvl 39-46 quests around the Badlands, Dushwallow Marsh, Eastern and Western Plaguelands, Felwood and Thousand Needles. Only two quests are Horde exclusive, rest are either for both sides or either side has their own quest for the respective item.

It's worthwhile to note that the gloves for this set DO actually allow you to see the bracers. So, if you're wanting a more complete look, get either Driver's Armbands or Synge's Wristbands (They're identical)

Both of these drop while doing the Thousand Needles quests.

Are there any good-looking cloaks that fit with this set?

The only cloak that I could find that matches this set is Black-Iron Battlecloak, it's a little too light to fully match the set however.

Also for anyone looking for a nice dagger to go with this set for a rogue, Ceremonial Warmaul Blood-Blade works quite nicely with it.

As Id turned in the quests for the boots and the bracers I found some alternatives for them which fit the set quite well.

Elimination Bracers are possible matching bracers. They are a different style than the ones suggested above, but they harmonize quite nicely with the set's colour schemes too.

This questing set has been updated in 4.3.2 to show quest rewards for both factions and remove mismatched accessories.

There are four transmog sets with this model, all from quest rewards in the level 40 range:

Discovery Armor, navy.
Plaguebat Armor, olive/brown.
Restraint Armor, white.
Sobbing Armor, red.

For the people who like to be a little different when using transmog sets but like this one too, here's what I use on my rogue, which has a little bit of both. It's also worth noting that my rogue is a female blood elf, and so I felt that the belt and weapons tied together with the eyes.

I used the chest, shoulders, gloves and bracers from this set, but I paired it with:

Syreian's Leggings from Syreian the Bonecarver, a rare level 73 mob in Grizzly Hills. There's probably look-alikes for this piece, but that's just simply where I got mine from.
Belt of the Twilight Assassin which can be purchased for 487 Justice from Legacy Justice Quartermasters in Dalaran. Speaking of which, I also bought matching throwing stars from the same vendor.
Shadowstep Striders from Harbinger Skyriss in The Arcatraz on heroic mode.
Lastly, Sunroc Mask is an Outlands BoE green drop. I linked this one not because I have it, but because it's the only black mask that Alliance can use (to my knowledge). Horde can obtain an identical one (provided you've never done the quest for it), from the quest titled The Mag'har, the last of a quest chain.
For weapons, I just used Timeslicer paired with the Raid Finder version of No'Kaled, the Elements of Death. If you've been farming said dagger, yes, it is still available, and the drop rate is just awful. Never fear.

I also have a druid! - unlike my rogue, my druid is a night elf. So I was skeptical at first about what to use and I obviously couldn't use the same exact set.
I ended up using the original transmog set with only a change of helm, shoulders and boots... all obtainable from Ulduar 10M. I posted a screenshot of that as well on the helm's page, if you want to check that out.

So whether you like these or not, just remember to be creative and unique! It will land you a lot more compliments than using an entire set... unless it's Steadfast, of course. That was a joke. Kind of.
