This can actually be quite a tricky one to find (don't follow the skull on your map). Due south of the questgiver (about a hundred yards), you will find a cave with ~L41 elite ogres within. Use the quest item given to you to bribe them; they should then despawn, giving you an easy run out of the cave.

Bear left constantly while in the cave to find Two-Tusk.

The fight with Two-Tusk is an interesting one; periodically he will jump into a treasure chest and then something will happen: either the other chests will spawn weak pirates, or (very) weak parrots, while he himself appears or disappears. The fight appears to be a DPS race as he doesn't attack you directly, so if you can concentrate on him, I would. He has around 45K health.

Near the end of the fight an engineer will spawn, "casting" a very slow gunshot aimed at you. I haven't been hit by it but I would assume it hurts. You are prompted via a Blizzard raid warning to kill the engineer before she can get the shot off, but killing Two-Tusk causes her to despawn, so check his health at this point and see which you prefer.

Soloed first time as a L44 shaman (elemental spec). Shouldn't cause you much trouble. Melee characters may find the pirates more troublesome; as a caster, I didn't seem to be in range for them to aggro on me.

If you of a higher level that you can kill him before he even gets into a box don't. I had this quest bug out to where I could not loot him after he died. If you have DoTs just hit him with one and let it work for a bit then take him out. Seems to glitch if you kill him too fast.

Easily solo'd as a rogue. Simply stealth through the cave, and make liberal use of Distract and chain saps. One of the most interesting quests I think I've done in this game in the last six years, and that's saying a lot. Kudos to Blizzard for coming up with something so unique.

If you're a pet using class, put your pet on passive before bribing the den whompers or your pet will attack them with possibly unfortunate results.

Location : 91,82 | where the cave entrance is.

Den Whomper is just a small (!) ogre.
Keep throwing gold to them until you reach Tony ( he drops the key you need )

Dont worry you wont have to battle that hard to kill him.
Once you go near him he will hide to the chests behind
and you will have to attack him when he shows up. Easy n' funny!
And once you kill him he finally drops the key.

Ok so I am leveling an Undead Hunter and came accross this encounter without the quest. At lvl 41 easily soloed all the elite ogres and killed two-tusk with ease. Not that that is anything speacial but just adding that this is a fairly easy deal. Happy hunting.

One quick tip to see which chest he'll be at. Dot/bleed/flameshock/poison him if you can, anything that does periodic damage. You'll be able to see them tick even before the chest he's in opens, makes it very easy.

Seems to be a bit of a refference to the movie Scarface
The guy is called Tony Two-Tusk, the main character of the movie is called Tony Montana.
When the troll dies he says : "No... da world... is mine..." which is also a refference, since "The world is yours" is written in neon lights on a statue in the house of Tony Montana.
It's not as obvious as other refferences in WoW, but still...

If anybody like me is completely directionless and can't follow the "south" or "west" instructions on this page for how to find the cave entrance, it is a little bit back and to the right of the house that is directly next to the quest giver. Just walk past the house and then a little bit further. When in the cave, hang left, and just keep flinging treasure. I guess I killed him too quickly the first time, because while sparkly, he wasn't lootable. Next time I didn't throw quite so much dps, and waited for the engineer to come out, and then it worked.

Really handy for meelee : Press V so the nameplates show up, you will be able to locate Tony even before he shows himself.

Screw the gold, soloing these guys as a hunter is way more fun. Explosive trap + ice trap + lock and load FTW!

It is possible to still kill him while inside a chest which results in his body spawning outside, sparkling, but unlootable. I unloaded on him as a rogue and my poisons killed him before he popped out of the chest.

If this happens to you - hold back when he gets to about 500 hp or so and just melee him or whatever you need to do to avoid a bugged quest.

I found this quest extremely easy to do as a rogue. The Den Whomper are susceptible to being Sapped. I never even had to use the quest item at all. I stealthed my way through the cave, and if any of the ogres got curious, I gave it to them.

The fight itself was easy as well, but I did have BoA gear, so I'm not sure how it would bode for anybody not geared with such. At the time of this quest, I was Sublety specialized, and I found that Shadowstepping the Tony fellow when he appears in a chest a good chunk of running time. If you take any large amount of damage, using Evasion and Recuperate make this fight very easy. I never had to attack anything but the boss.

Did this grouped with a friend. He did not drop the key. I left the group, killed him again and now I could loot the key.

[This treasure's all fake, but it's not like those den whompers are going to know the difference. Stupid ogres!

Here's the plan... you head into the Admiral's Den and spread all of this "treasure" around to any ogres that get in your way. Then all you have to do is confront Tony Two-Tusk.

You'll have the key to the cage in no-time!]
